Patience has and will always be key to success. Nothing comes easy, but that's the battle of life and sometimes patience is the primary factor to reaching success.

Weekly Report 2/26/2018 to 3/4/2018
If everything came easy, we wouldn’t work hard, we wouldn’t put in effort, we wouldn’t get the benefits of hard work. As of right now, the only true option is to wait and hope that all the observer forms go through. It has truly been a process to get all the forms through and ensure that everything is done as fast as possible in order for me to be able to watch surgeries soon. There is not much time left for the year to end; however, there is still time to make the most of my ISM journey. As soon as the forms are processed, there will be a required training session to go through and then I will be allowed to observe surgeries, go on clinical rounds, meet patients, etc.
In addition, the past week has been dedicated towards creating the final product proposal and sending that to Dr. Braga in order for him to review it. The product proposal was based on the Chiari malformation case study. As soon as the observer application goes through, I should be able to begin working on the final product with Dr. Braga. The clinical study will require hands on work that can only be done after the forms have been passed.
With a few months left before final presentation night, there is a lot of work to get done. The end of the year is approaching very quickly and there is still a lot of work to be done before FPN. The final product should go well as long as everything gets done in a time manner. I am hopeful of a worthwhile end result.
