Without a vision there is no plan. Without a vision there is no prospect towards making it into a reality.

Weekly Report 11/26/18 to 12/02/18
Taking the liberty to be a leader means turning visions into reality, creating solutions out of problems, and being the first to take action. As ISM students, it’s part of journeys to understand how to innovate, inspire, and create.
The past couple of weeks including Thanksgiving break have been largely dedicated to original work. With much to do, the process of original work is going strong with contacting Dallas public schools and researching on various methods to counteract traumatic brain injuries. The difficulty in executing this is getting hold of public schools who will be willing to take time out of their day for this presentation.
While having to surmount the burden of college applications, it has also been a primary objective to ensure that work is being furthered on research with my mentor. We had planned to conduct research on spinal fusion which had to be processed through UT Southwestern causing the delay to be extended. There has been a bit of a gap for mentor visits due to the number of college applications that had to be completed earlier this week. However with the burden of those being over, a lot of my time can be dedicated to ISM once again.
With ambitions of executing a successful original work this year, I plan to get as much done as possible for the original work prior to Christmas break and as we near Research Showcase next month. With much to do, and much to look forward to, it is time to get to work!
